Really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was great, had excellent views and favourable location close to the Shama Central from mid-September through the end of November, close to cafes, restaurants, galleries, and many restaurants and shops a very short walk away. The idea to include a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator in the studio apartment was nice. All the staff was courteous and enthusiastic, settled my issues. The food provided was cheap! The service was spectacular, just like I expected.

Our room was clean and spacious, with a separate bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen - talk about convenient! Having a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge available definitely made our stay even better. 🍴

We got upgraded to a room with a big comfy bed when we arrived, which was a nice surprise. the staff was quick and helpful, and the location was fantastic. We tried out Tim ho Wan for dinner, it's not too far from here. 🍽️

Lack of communication on room policy.

We really loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the lively area around it. We could easily walk to the markets, restaurants, and bars in the vicinity. The hotel staff were amazing, especially Karen who was incredibly helpful. Our suite was spacious and comfortable, with a separate toilet and bathroom. The room attendant kept everything clean and tidy. Plus, we were upgraded to a bigger apartment with a full living room, kitchenette, and a large bedroom. The hotel also provided a smartphone for us to use during our stay, with free internet and phone calls. The blackout curtains were a nice touch, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to all parts of the island. It was conveniently situated between two MTR stations, making it easy to get around. Additionally, the neighborhood had a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and shops to explore, ensuring we never went hungry or bored.

One downside was the high price of the hotel. While the amenities were nice, it may be more affordable to find alternative accommodations in the area.

shama central surpassed our expectations during our anniversary trip to hk! the location was perfect, with famous restaurants and shops nearby. the spacious room and helpful staff made for a relaxing and comfy stay. we were even surprised with a special welcome. highly recommend!

My partner and I stayed at Shama for a week while exploring the city. The king size bed and linens were incredibly comfortable, and the sliding door in the living room provided some privacy. The spaciousness of the apartment was a pleasant surprise, and the well-equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. The friendly cleaning staff did an excellent job, and the front desk was always available to assist with our questions. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely choose Shama again.
